The 139th St Branch is located at 608 West 139th Street, between Broadway and Riverside Drive, in Harlem, New York City. Take the 1 train to 137th Street/City College, walk two blocks north to 139th and turn left.
For a pleasant bicycling route from points north or south, follow the Hudson River Greenway to the outlet at 135th Street. Walk three blocks north to the end of 12th Avenue and follow the path on the left through the park up to 139th Street.
